Bulgaria to select DARA’s song for Vienna

Watch Bulgaria choose its entry to the 70th Eurovision Song Contest
HOW TO WATCH: At 20:00 CET on Saturday 28 February, you can stream Bulgaria’s song selection on the Eurovision Song Contest YouTube channel.
Bulgaria has its singer; now it needs to find its song!
On Saturday 31 January, we had eight artists performing for success in Sofia, as viewers of the Bulgarian national final were tasked with selecting their singer for Vienna 2026.
The winner was determined by a combined vote from the television audience and a professional jury. In the end, DARA was awarded the honour of singing for Bulgaria on its comeback to the Eurovision Song Contest. It was a unanimous choice, with DARA winning both the public vote and the jury vote.
Now, in the third and final installment of the Bulgarian pre-selection, it’s time to find the song!
DARA will perform three different compositions, with a public vote and jury vote once again contributing scores. By the end of the evening Bulgaria will have its song for the 70th Eurovision Song Contest, performed by DARA.
Bulgarian broadcaster BNT has also lined up some special guest performers for the evening of Eurovision-themed entertainment.
DARA’s song won’t be the only Vienna 2026 entry that viewers will be able to enjoy tonight… Eva Marija has been invited to come along and perform Mother Nature, the song that she’ll be representing Luxembourg with in May.
Also coming along to perform is Senhit, who represented San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2011, and again ten years later at Rotterdam 2021.
Bulgarian outfit Deep Zone – a name that Eurovision fans will know from when they represented Bulgaria at Belgrade 2008 – will also be taking the stage, alongside other Bulgarian talents Rob Money, Bon-Bon and B!ON. Together they’ll be performing a selection of Eurovision Song Contest classics.
