Helen, who shares children Matilda, ten, Delilah, seven and Charlie, four, with her ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair, revealed she had a boob job after years of breastfeeding her kids.
She previously told her Instagram fans: “It’s just something that I did for myself, I really wanted to do it for my confidence. I have been really nervous about sharing this.
“Obviously I very much am for body confidence, and very much for supporting other women, but supporting women in all choices that they decided to do.
“I think if something really is bothering you, then I think, you know, it’s a good thing to do something about it.”
Helen underwent the secret boob job in January 2023 in a bid to feel “more confident.”
Helen went from an E-Cup to a B-Cup after claiming her boobs were “saggy.”
Meanwhile, Helen is getting ready to release her candid new memoir.
