Golden Knights’ point streak ends in road loss to Mammoth

The Golden Knights had their six-game point streak end in a 5-1 loss to the Utah Mammoth at Delta Center in Salt Lake City on Monday night.
Utah got its revenge after the Knights (10-5-7) defeated the Mammoth 4-1 at Delta Center on Thursday, thanks to a four-goal game from center Logan Cooley.
Left wing Ivan Barbashev scored the lone goal, and the Knights finished their three-game road trip by earning three of six points.
Goaltender Carl Lindbom made 20 saves but is still in search of his first career win, dropping to 0-4-2 this season.
Utah (12-8-3) got 34 saves from netminder Karel Vejmelka. Right wing Dylan Guenther added the Mammoth’s other goal.
