Player’s time at Nottingham Forest ‘coming to abrupt end’ – Transfer chances rising

Last week, Corriere dello Sport reported on AS Roma interest in Nottingham Forest forward Arnaud Kalimuendo.

The Italian newspaper were confident that the Frenchman is interested in leaving the club in January. Interest in the 23-year-old is now growing, with an exit now seen as probable by some.

Jeunesfooteux report Paris FC’s interest in the Nottingham Forest player is ‘very much alive’.

They note that Kalimuendo’s time at the City Ground is ‘coming to abrupt end’ in January. Paris FC would be interested in offering an initial loan with an option to buy the Nottingham Forest player.

Stuttgart and Roma interest gets a mention, and this can prove to be a challenge for Paris FC. Should Nottingham Forest decide it was all a big mistake and Kalimuendo can go, then the more interest there is the better deal they can get.

Last season, the striker scored 17 times in 33 Ligue 1 appearances for Rennes. This season, he hasn’t even started once for Nottingham Forest.

That lack of game time is clearly attracting other clubs. With reports from Italy, France and Germany about a move, there’s a chance the player’s agents are already working on options.
