MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A cheerleading competition has been canceled after a person was injured on Sunday morning.
Captain Jonathan Evans with the Myrtle Beach Fire Department said a stage malfunctioned before the event and left one person injured.
The competition was scheduled to take place at The Hangout and has since been canceled.
No one from the competition was injured.
