DETROIT – Police are seeking information about a 53-year-old woman who went missing in Detroit.
Nicole Wiggins left her residence on Monday (April 27) and did not return home.
She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and black shoes with white stripes.
According to her sister, she has schizophrenia and bipolar disorder
