Owen Wilson spotted at Vancouver art school on Granville Island | Lifestyle

Owen Wilson seems to love Vancouver, having been the subject of many a sighting story, and he recently appeared at an art education centre on Granville Island.
Wilson was spotted with the team at Arts Umbrella at 1400 Johnson St. last Friday.
A spokesperson told Daily Hive that the sighting made sense considering some of the programs Arts Umbrella offers.
“Arts Umbrella is Canada’s leading not-for-profit charitable organization dedicated to youth arts education (including programs in film), so it was a very fitting moment!”
According to the Arts Umbrella website, the school is also the”only not-for-profit, multi-disciplinary arts education centre providing high-quality arts education programs across Art and Design, Dance and Theatre, Music and Film.”
The school reaches almost 20,000 young people each year.
This spotting is just one of many for the star of films like Marley & Me and You, Me and Dupree over the past couple of years.
Earlier this year, over the summer, Wilson was seen at a popular seafood and cocktail spot, Bar Bravo.
Over the past year, Wilson would have spent a good amount of time around Metro Vancouver as he was filming his Apple TV+ series about an ex-golfer, Stick. Before that, in 2024, Wilson was spotted riding his bike as part of a shoot for Stick and even gave those who witnessed it a little “ka-chow!”
