“A scent that smells far more expensive than it is, long lasting and only a few sprays needed.”

Fragrance fans are raving over a head turning cologne that they insist ‘smells expensive’. Cremo has just launched a sale that includes 20% off their colognes, and Spice & Black Vanilla is now down to £24.76 from £30.95.

The Spice & Black Vanilla opens up with cardamom before settling to a heart of cashmere wood and then drying down to a base of bourbon vanilla and vetiver. It’s not a huge surprise that fragrance buffs have been comparing it to Spicebomb Extreme Viktor&Rolf (£75) which shares notes of spices, bourbon and vanilla.

It’s also made some comparisons to Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford (£222) which also famously has spicy, woody and vanilla notes. Although Spice & Black Vanilla doesn’t have any tobacco listed in the notes, it also doesn’t list cinnamon which the bottle is photographed with.

Other deals include the Citrus & Mint Leaf Eau De Toilette 100ml, which is down to £24.76 from £30.95. Notes on this aftershave include fresh mint, citron, cedar and moss. Outside of colognes, there’s also the Barber Grade Shaving Bundle, down to £24.76 from £30.95. This includes Barber Grade Razor, extra blades and the original Shave Cream, and so far only has five star reviews on their website.

The Spice & Black Vanilla Eau De Toilette 100ml from Cremo has pulled in an average rating of 4.9 out of 5. One shopper said it was a head-turning scent, writing: “If you like a strong sent that lasts then this is for you! Warm sweet & crisp spice perfect blend that rivals the Oud fragrance popular at the moment! Definitely turn heads.”

This scent marries spice, wood and vanilla

Another wrote: “My first purchase along with the Palo Santo cologne and it’s excellent, I love the smell and its longevity and have no complaints and will be purchasing the other colognes.”

One shopper insisted that this product was better than high street labels, writing: “Absolutely love it. Great smell and lasts all day. Treated my self to this new one and not disappointed, Lovely and fresh. Both are slightly different from your brand names, but in all honesty after buying really expensive brand names for years, these are just as good if not better and miles cheaper and in bigger bottles.”

While another shopper was disappointed by the longevity, writing: “Pleasant enough cologne, smell doesn’t last too long on me though.”

In direct contract one shopper insisted a few sprays go far, saying: “A scent that smells far more expensive than it is, long lasting and only a few sprays needed.”
