As of December 2025, it will have been more than half a decade since Tom Welling reprised his version of Superman from Smallville in the DC TV crossover, Crisis on Infinite Earths. Though his Clark Kent from Earth-167 was revealed to have given up his abilities while living a happily married life as a husband and father, many have debated if the Man of Steel’s powers were truly gone.
