Notre Dame professor returns to ‘Jeopardy!’ after massive win

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WSBT) — A South Bend woman is the newest “Jeopardy!” champ!
Joyelle McSweeney is a poet and professor at the University of Notre Dame.
She racked over $17,000 during the first two “Jeopardy!” rounds on Monday.

She also nailed the Final Jeopardy answer, but only wagered $100 since she had a huge lead.
McSweeney will return to defend her title Tuesday against a Maryland middle school history teacher and a stay-at-home dad from New York.
