Troy, N.Y. — (WRGB) — It appears Republican Steve McLaughlin has won a third term as Rensselaer County executive.
As of late Tuesday evening, McLaughlin was sizably ahead of his Democratic opponent, Troy native and human resources executive Tiffany Silverman.
