Shedeur Sanders’ house was broken into during the Browns’ loss to the Ravens

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders had a rough debut during Sunday’s 23-16 loss to the Ravens, and the day only got worse when he got home.
That’s when he discovered that his house in a Cleveland suburb had been broken into during the game.
It’s uncertain if anything was stolen, and no suspects have been identified.
The Medina County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the incident took place Sunday at a home that WKYC — a news partner of cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer — reported was in Granger Township. More details will be available on Tuesday.
The Sanders break-in follows a growing list of NFL players who have had their homes broken into during games. It includes Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow; Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce; and Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan.
Sanders made his debut for the Browns in the second half of the game, replacing a concussed Dillon Gabriel. He went 4 of 16 for 47 yards, with no touchdowns and one interception for a 13.5 rating.
With Gabriel still in the concussion protocol, Sanders is expected to start Sunday’s game in Las Vegas against the Raiders.
