X is not loading for many users
Twitter users in the UK are facing issues tonight. The site, now known as X since being taken over by Elon Musk, is failing to load for some users.
Many users are reporting the site is failing to load. DownDetector, which monitors issues on a number of prominent platforms, has seen a spike in people registering problems.
A spike in issues was reported shortly after 8.30pm with more than 6,000 people logging reports with DownDetector. The cause of the outage is unclear at this stage.
