Former Manchester United team-mates Antony and Marcus Rashford are up against each other this evening.
After spending the second half of last season on loan at Real Betis, Antony sealed a permanent transfer – ending his torrid spell at Old Trafford – in September.
Antony scored 12 times in 96 appearances for the Red Devils but already has 15 goals in 30 outings for Betis.
Rashford was also struggling for form at United and agreed a loan switch to Barcelona in the summer.
The England forward has scored six and assisted nine in 19 appearances across all competitions – providing two of those assists on his last start against Celta Vigo on 9 November.
They played together 60 times for United but it’s almost exactly a year since they were on the pitch at the same time – a 2-0 loss at Arsenal on 4 December, 2024.
