IRON MOUNTAIN, Mich. (WLUC) – Dozens of light displays are bringing holiday cheer to Lake Antoine.
65 businesses and community groups put up light displays to advertise and celebrate Christmas.
An open house to meet with the organizations is set for Dec. 14.
Three of the best displays will be awarded prizes by the Lake Antoine Park Partners.
Lake Antoine Park Partners Board Member Nancy Dekoster says the lights have become part of Dickinson County’s Christmas tradition.
“People love light displays at Christmas,” Dekoster said. “And it was like, let’s have one that’s close to home. And so, we started it and it’s just been so embraced with people coming through and making it part of their Christmas tradition.”
The displays will stay up until Jan. 1.
