The Green Bay Packers’ defence may have taken a severe blow.
Star defensive end Micah Parsons left Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos with an apparent knee injury in the third quarter.
Parsons suffered the injury while chasing after quarterback Bo Nix. He went to change direction and came up holding his left knee after planting his foot into the ground.
After being tended to by Packers training staff, Parsons was able to walk off the field under his own power.
The 26-year-old had one tackle and one forced fumble before leaving the game.
For the season, Parsons had 12.5 sacks entering Week 15.
