Recall issued for salad dressing sold at Oklahoma grocery stores

A Class II recall has been issued for thousands of gallons of salad dressing and condiments, including Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch, sold at multiple stores, according to the OKC County Health Department.
The FDA said affected products may contain black plastic planting material that “may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences.”
This recall was issued by Ventura Foods LLC and covers items distributed to delis, cafeterias, and grocery stores in 27 states, including Oklahoma.

- Pepper Mill Creamy Caesar Dressing; 1 GAL (128 FL OZ) 3.79 L SKU: 0 93901 78134 5
- Ceasar Dressing (Costco Service Deli) NET WT: 23.62 LB (10.71 kg) SKU: 0 26700 19376 7
- Ceasar Dressing (Costco Food Court) NET WT: 32 LB (14.51 kg) SKU: 0 26700 19376 7

Anyone with affected products should throw the product away immediately or return it for a refund. Do not eat affected products.
