Riley Keough is John Travolta’s youngest son’s biological mother, new lawsuit claims

Priscilla Presley’s former business partner alleged Riley Keough is the biological mother of John Travolta’s youngest son, Ben, in a bombshell new lawsuit.
Brigitte Kruse alleged that the “Grease” star and his late wife, Kelly Preston, used Keough’s eggs to conceive their son, who was born in 2010, per documents obtained by Page Six Wednesday.
Kruse claimed in the lawsuit that Keough received between $10,000 and $20,000 and an old Jaguar in the deal.

According to Kruse, Keough, 36, allegedly agreed to give up her eggs after her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, who died in 2023, once gave hers to Travolta and Preston.
Presley allegedly agreed to help the duo conceive after her ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, told her they were unable to have their own children.
Additionally, Travolta, 71, and Preston, who died at the age of 57, allegedly didn’t want to use Presley’s eggs anymore because of her drug use.
The damaging allegations were made in a lawsuit filed by Presley’s former associates, including Kruse and Kevin Fialko.

Kruse and Fiaklo amended their original $50 million lawsuit against Presley’s son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, for breach of contract.
According to the lawsuit, “the entire Presley family clamoured for control of the estate and for pay-outs, using plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko as both negotiators and mediators” following the death of Presley.
Priscilla Presley’s attorney, Marty Singer, vehemently denied the allegations against her granddaughter in a statement to Us Weekly on Monday.

Singer claimed that Kruse has “demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”
“These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case,” the lawyer added, slamming the claims as “shameful.”
Singer and a rep for Travolta weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

Travolta shared sons, Jett — who tragically died in 2009 at the age of 16 — along with Ella Bleu, 25, and Ben, 15, with Preston.
The actor and Preston tied the knot in 1991 and were together up until the “Jerry Maguire” star died in 2020 from breast cancer.
Keough, meanwhile, has been married to husband Ben Smith-Petersen since 2015. They are parents to daughter Tupelo, 3, and another child born in early 2025.
