“Moore grabbed two knives out of her drawer and pointed them at her, saying, ‘You ruined my life. You ruined my life,’” according to the swear-to.

She told him to leave as he “continued toward her with the knives, backing her toward the living room.”

At this point, the woman told police that Moore was near the front door of her apartment.

Moore then left the apartment, leaving the two butter knives he had taken from her drawer on the counter, and the woman locked her door.

She told police that Moore didn’t live at her apartment or have keys to it, and didn’t have permission to be there.

Dozens of calls, texts

The attorney provided police with text messages that Moore allegedly sent the woman just after the 911 call was made.

At 4:12 p.m., Moore sent her a text that said, “I hate you. My blood is on your hand.”

The woman told police that she and Moore had been involved in an intimate relationship, but she “tried to end communication” with him on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025.

That morning, at about 6 a.m., the woman told Moore “she had nothing more to say to him,” according to the document.

After that, Moore allegedly called her a dozen times and sent her several text messages.

Before Moore showed up at the woman’s apartment, he called her twice.
