This weekend’s stint in Rutherford County Jail was the latest run-in with law enforcement for Kyle Chrisley. His last arrest was in September 2024 for aggravated assault.
Kyle Chrisley and his wife, Ashleigh, sued the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office for $1.7 million over that arrest, stating that Kyle Chrisley was not the aggressor in that situation but was defending himself against a “disgruntled mechanic” who showed up at his Murfreesboro home demanding money.
Kyle Chrisley’s father and stepmother, Todd and Julie Chrisley, were recently pardoned by President Donald Trump after serving time in prison for bank fraud and tax evasion.
Todd Chrisley was sentenced to 12 years, while Julie Chrisley was supposed to serve 7 years before they were pardoned.
