More than 21 people were arrested and dozens of cars were impounded following a street racing crackdown on the 110 Freeway.
The California Highway Patrol on Monday posted a video on social media showing the operation on the southern portion of the freeway. Officers responded after receiving reports of cars blocking traffic.
Additional details were not available.
The agency warned that street racing endangers everyone.
