It’s selection time for the Canadian men’s Olympic hockey team.
The Canadian Olympic Committee and Hockey Canada will unveil the team roster on Wednesday at noon ET / 9 a.m. PT. Sportsnet and Sportsnet+ will carry full coverage of the announcement on The FAN Hockey Show, while the entire press conference from Minnesota will be available on Sportsnet.ca.
Doug Armstrong, general manager of the men’s team, is scheduled to speak at the media conference in Minnesota, where the national junior team is competing in the world junior championship.
Canada’s first game in Milan, Italy is on Feb. 12 against Czechia.
It will mark the first time NHL players have been in the Olympics since 2014.
