Hoda Kotb – Today Show
Exit Occurred: Early January, 2025
Hoda Kotb officially exited the Today show in early January 2025. She’d been with the program since 2007.
There were a variety of reasons why it’s said she stepped away, but one report emerged over what NBC apparently wanted from her.
Replacement wise, Craig Melvin took over one time slot and Jenna Bush Hager is having celebrities fill in as guest hosts while a new co-host is chosen.
Andrea Mitchell – MSNBC
Exit Occurred: February 2025
Andrea Mitchell is stepping away from Andrea Mitchell Reports. She’s hosted her show on the network since 2008, but decided to step away from the show to focus on other journalistic endeavors with the network.
She is now officially off the air as of early 2025.
