‘Stranger Things’ Fans Think Will Is Currently Possessed by Vecna and the Evidence Is SO Good

It’s time for one last Stranger Things theory. And it’s a really good one.

Last time we checked, Will had successfully used his new powers to take over Vecna’s body and warn Max to run. It was, we can all agree, one of the more epic moments in Volume 2.

However! Fans think there’s something amiss with Will, and that evidence is pointing to the fact that he’s currently possessed by Vecna. There are several compelling signs that this could be the case, like the fact that Will called the kids “vessels,” the fact that he described going to Melvald’s General Store for milkshakes…even though it hasn’t sold milkshakes since Henry was a kid, and the fact that he went out without a jacket to chat with Joyce. Which seems particularly noteworthy since the last time Will was possessed he couldn’t stand being hot.

This is all obviously VERRRRRRY compelling, but! We only have one more episode and it’s definitely possible that these are simply writing/production mistakes. But we’ll find out for sure in a mere matter of hours, so stay tuned!
