Millie Bobby Brown is in a moment of transition. After nearly a decade playing Eleven on Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things, that chapter of her life has come to a close. Now, she’s turning her focus to simpler joys: caring for the 25 animals on her Georgia farm and settling into motherhood with her baby daughter, whom she recently adopted with her husband, Jake Bongiovi.
“I will never live in LA. It just isn’t for me,” Brown told Chioma a few weeks ahead of the Stranger Things finale on December 31, which also screened in select theaters. “If I can do anything for my daughter, it will be to give her a home base.” Brown lacked that kind of stability herself growing up, having moved frequently before eventually relocating to Atlanta to film the series.
