Traditionally, a festive program is organized near the Sports Palace: Minsk residents are invited to “Magical New Year’s Eve.” The celebration will begin on December 31 at 23:45 and end at 4 AM on January 1. However, going to the center is not mandatory — events will be organized in all districts of the capital.
Zavodski District
The New Year’s night celebration “Zavodski New Year!” will take place at three locations simultaneously: near “Chizhovka-Arena,” next to the “Volat” swimming pool, and the “Zolak” Palace of Children and Youth. Events start at 01:00.
Leninsky District
The concert “May the holiday bring a miracle to everyone!” will begin at 01:00 and last for two hours. Locations: squares in front of the “Salyut” cinema and the Minsk City Palace of Culture.
Maskouski District
The program “Hello, New Year!” also starts at 01:00. You are invited to dance in Brylevichy (Y. Checheta St., 25) and in “Polyanka” square (K. Libknekhta St.). Another festive location is Pavlova Park, where Minsk residents will be expected until 3 AM.
Kastrychnitski District
On the square of the cultural and sports center “Minsk Branch of BCh” from 01:00 to 03:00, the program “Welcome to the New Year” will take place.
At the same time, near the square by the “Evroopt Super” shopping center, a “New Year’s Round Dance” disco is promised. Another location is the “Sakal” microdistrict.
Partyzanski District
Half an hour after the New Year arrives, Minsk residents are invited to the extreme sports park. The celebration here will last until 3 AM.
Pervamaiski District
From 01:00, Minsk residents are invited to the National Library, as well as to discos on Rusiyanava St., 1, Fohelya St., 1, and Heroes of the 120th Division St., 15.
Sovietski District
The district festive program “In the Rhythm of the New Year” will unfold near Kamarouka. Start — at 01:00.
Frunzenski District
Festivities will be organized near the Minsk Region Ice Palace and in Hugo Chavez Park. At both locations, events start at 00:30.
Tsentralny District
You are invited to meet 2026 at the square near the Palace of Children and Youth. The program will begin at 01:00 and continue until 02:30.
What about transport?
From 00:00 until 5 AM, you can reach the district festivities and return home by public transport. A detailed schedule of ground routes and travel intervals can be found via the link.
The subway will carry passengers until 04:00 on New Year’s night. “Nyamiha,” “Kastrychnitskaya,” and “Kupalauskaya” stations (exit to Independence Avenue) will close for entry at 04:15. The train interval from 00:00 to 04:00 on January 1, 2026, will be 6 minutes on the 1st and 2nd metro lines, and 8.5 minutes on the 3rd line.
