COLUMBUS, Ohio — Former Glenville wide receiver Damarion Witten is set to enter the transfer portal when it opens on Jan. 2, per a report on Thursday night.

Witten was a member of the 2024 class, but never was able to carve out a role in Columbus. He never ended up with a catch.

He enrolled at Ohio State as someone that was viewed as a wide receiver/tight end, with the ability to do both. Neither ended up working out, and he’s headed to the portal.

He was the second Glenville prospect to enter the transfer portal on Jan. 1, a day after the team’s loss to Miami in the Cotton Bowl.
