VAN NUYS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Police are looking for a man who they say attacked a 9-year-old girl while she was on a walk with her mother and dog in Van Nuys.
The incident happened around 12:40 a.m. in the 14400 block of Vanowen Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Police said the suspect approached the girl and pushed her multiple times in what appeared to be a random attack.
The suspect ran away when the dog bit him.
Meanwhile, the girl was treated at the scene with minor injuries. Additional details were not available.
