JETS Home OPPONENTS (8)
Buffalo Bills (12-5 overall, 5-3 away)
The Jets dropped a Week 2 contest to the Bills, 30-10, at MetLife Stadium. During the loss, backup QB Tyrod Taylor replaced Justin Fields, who left the game late with a head injury. After five consecutive AFC East titles, the Bills finished second in the division in the 2025 season. RB James Cook recorded a third consecutive 1,000-yard rush campaign, and QB Josh Allen became the youngest player in league history to reach 300 regular-season TDs.
Miami Dolphins (*7-10, 2-6*)
The Jets were defeated by the Dolphins in Week 14, 34-10, at MetLife Stadium. Undrafted free agent rookie QB Brady Cook saw his first NFL game action after QB Tyrod Taylor exited the game in the first quarter.
New England Patriots (*14-3*, 8-0)
The Jets dropped a 42-10 decision to the Patriots in Week 17. In the loss, RB Breece Hall eclipsed 1,000 rushing yards for the first time in his NFL career. The Patriots were crowned AFC East champions later that day for the first time since Tom Brady led the team to the title in 2019. QB Drake Maye, the No. 3 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, had a breakout sophomore season and led the Pats back to the postseason for the first time since 2021.
Denver Broncos (*14-3*, 6-2)
The Jets and the Broncos will meet for a seventh consecutive season and the eighth time in nine years. Last October, the Green & White hosted Denver at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, and it was a defensive battle. The Jets fell, 13-11, to a Broncos team that made the postseason for the second consecutive year. Denver earned the AFC’s No. 1 seed with a Week 18 win over the Chargers.
Las Vegas Raiders (3-14, 1-7)
Las Vegas will visit MetLife Stadium for the first time since 2020. The Jets will look to end a two-game losing streak to the Raiders, who currently hold the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Green Bay Packers (*9-7-1, 4-4-1*)
The Packers and Jets will meet for the first time since 2022, when the Jets earned a 27-10 victory. The Packers are in the playoffs for the third consecutive season, acquired DL Micah Parsons in a trade with the Cowboys ahead of the 2025 season. The five-time Pro Bowler played in 14 games and recorded 12.5 sacks before he sustained an ACL tear in Week 15.
Minnesota Vikings (*9-8*, 5-4)
The Vikings will visit MetLife Stadium for the first time since 2018. The last meeting between the two teams was in London in 2024, and Minnesota earned a 23-17 victory. The Vikings started three different quarterbacks during the 2025 season, including J.J. McCarthy, the No. 10 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
Cleveland Browns (*5-12, 2-6*)
The Jets earned a hard-fought 27-20 win over the Browns at MetLife Stadium in Week 10 of the 2025 season. RB Kene Nwangwu returned a kickoff 99 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter, and on the next possession, 2025 team MVP Isaiah Williams returned a punt 74 yards for a TD. It was only the third time in franchise history that the Jets returned two kicks for scores in the same game. Rookie QB Shedeur Sanders started the final 7 games for the Browns in 2025.
