The veteran singer, sporting a flawless complexion, is seen romping with younger men in a throwback to her 1991 In Bed With Madonna documentary.
A new advert for Dolce & Gabbana sees her in a nude lace negligee and stockings as she sprawls on a double bed.
She also draws a nude model standing before her and gets seductively blindfolded in the advert for fragrance, The One.
Madonna, in a white shirt and stockings, also drapes herself over a vest-clad hunk while they gaze into the camera.

Her latest is 29-year-old football player Akeem Morris.
The seven-time Grammy winner has recorded a cover of 1968 Italian classic La Bambola, initially recorded by singer Patty Pravo, to run alongside the fragrance campaign.
Her upcoming album, Confessions On A Dancefloor 2, will be a follow-up to her 2005 record.
