HF Sinclair Sold Contaminated Fuel to Denver Filling Stations

Colorado regulators are fielding hundreds of complaints after HF Sinclair Corp. sold gasoline contaminated with diesel to Denver-area filling stations.

The Colorado Division of Oil and Public Safety began receiving complaints on Jan. 8 about bad gasoline sold at stations including Costco Wholesale Corp., Murphy Express and Kroger Co.’s King Soopers grocery chain.
