At one point we saw a spike over 100,000 reports on Down Detector, but now it’s dropped down to 61,000 and appears to be going down.

The official Reddit status page says the video has been identified and a fix is “being implemented.”
I have been able to see the feed after some refreshing.
However, we’re going to keep tracking since we’re still seeing reports and social comments with people not being able to access the site. So the fix may not be out for everyone yet.

Over 75,000 and rising

On Down Detector I’m seeing over 75,000 and even since taking that screenshot it’s spiked over 100,000 reports as more people report in.

I tried checking my personal Reddit account and I keep getting this “We’ve encountered an error” message.
Right now, the official Reddit status page shows “Degraded performance” for the desktop and mobile apps.
