Kristen Wiig was late-night’s debutante in Alessandra Rich for the actress’ appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Monday night in New York City.
Wiig, who’s previously worked with stylist Karla Welch, opted for a look from Alessandra Rich’s spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection. The midi dress was styled with a pale pink tone and constructed with a bevy of floral-inspired lace.

With a formfitting silhouette and long sleeves, the lace look was given an extra boost of femininity with the addition of a pink ruffle and bow beneath the bustline — a motif that also featured at the cuffs of the long-sleeve dress. Wiig accentuated the pink color scheme with a rosy pair of pointed-toe heels.
The “Saturday Night Live” alum went minimal with her accessories and favored pared-back glam, with her brunette hair with blond highlights styled with a middle part and natural waves, while her makeup featured smoky eyes and a soft pink lip.

Alessandra Rich’s spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection made its debut as part of London Fashion Week in September 2025. While taking some sartorial design inspiration from the Roaring ’20s, the collection was “unmistakably Alessandra Rich with the use of luxurious stretch lace, velvet and silk satin on seductive yet tasteful creations, some adorned with skinny bows and some with her signature soft padded shoulders,” Tianwei Zhang wrote in WWD’s review of the collection.
Other highlights from the spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection “included polka dot designs — a classic seen on the Princess of Wales on multiple occasions — requested by buyers, despite Rich’s preference to move away from them,” Zhang wrote.

Kate Middleton, as mentioned, is an admirer of Rich’s designs, wearing them on several high-profile occasions from the 2025 VE Day Thanksgiving Service to November 2025’s Festival of Remembrance and more.
Wiig stars in the AppleTV comedy series “Palm Royale,” which follows an ambitious woman, played by Wiig, who schemes to secure her place in Palm Beach high society on the cusp of the 1970s. The finale of the series’ second season hits the streaming platform on Wednesday.
