Denver Broncos vs. Buffalo Bills in AFC Divisional Round

MATCHUP
The Broncos will host their first home postseason game in a decade as they welcome the Buffalo Bills for a Divisional Round showdown. Denver holds a 17-5 all-time mark in home postseason games, and the Broncos will look to advance to their 11th AFC Championship Game in franchise history with a win.
Quarterback Bo Nix and the top-seeded Broncos will face 2024 MVP Josh Allen and the sixth-seeded Bills, while the second-seeded Patriots and fifth-seeded Texans face off in the other AFC Divisional Round matchup.
Denver’s meeting with Buffalo will feature a Bills offense that is tied for fourth in scoring facing off against Denver’s third-ranked scoring defense. The Bills will also bring the league’s top-ranked rushing attack to battle the Broncos’ second-ranked rushing defense. Denver’s defense also ranks first in yards per play, sacks and red-zone defense and second in total defense and third-down defense. The Bills feature the NFL’s fourth-ranked third-down offense and third-ranked red-zone offense.
Offensively, Denver features the 10th-ranked total offense, and no team allowed fewer sacks than the Broncos this season. Denver also ranks 14th in scoring offense, 11th in third-down conversions and 13th in red-zone efficiency. The Bills’ defense ranks seventh in total defense, 12th in scoring defense, 24th in third-down defense and 19th in red-zone defense.
