Hudson Williams Just Made His Milan Fashion Week Debut

Their sudden fame aside, it is fitting for Williams to open DSquared2’s show this season for other reasons, too. The 30-year-old brand has not only made a splash in previous years for stunty celebrity casting, but it is also the most ostensibly Canadian brand to ever present at Milan fashion week. Dean and Dan Caten, the twin brothers that founded DSquared2 back in 1995, are the ultimate purveyors of a certain type of North American hotness, with maple leafs, flannel, and trapper hats regularly appearing in their collections. The Catens are Toronto natives, while Hudson grew up in Kamloops, British Columbia.

This fashion month, rumors are already circulating that Storrie may make a runway debut of his own—stay tuned for that. In the meantime, today was an undeniable “biscuit in the basket” (that means “goal” in hockey) for Williams, DSquared2, and Heated Rivalry fans everywhere.
