It is a sign of his growing closeness with counsellor Katie, 44, as the pair plan to use it for weekend getaways.
Eamonn, who is divorcing TV host wife Ruth Langsford, 65, is buying a pad in a luxury development in Holywood, Northern Ireland — five miles from his native Belfast.
A source said: “Eamonn loves going back to Northern Ireland visiting family and he’s been after a new place there for a while.
“It will be the perfect place to build a home with Katie, with no memories of anyone else.

She and Eamonn broke up in 2024 after 27 years.
He is renting a London pad while she remains in their £3.6million mansion in Weybridge, Surrey.
