A Scottish woman who believes she has the UK’s largest breasts has spoken candidly about the day-to-day challenges of living with her remarkable frame. Summer Robert, 28, from Glasgow, requires an R-cup bra and has been diagnosed with Macromastia, a medical condition that triggers abnormally excessive breast tissue development with no indication of halting.
The former restaurant manager has undergone a profound shift in how she views her body, moving from embarrassment to embracing herself, and has cultivated a considerable online presence with more than 200,000 followers on Instagram alone. She said: “I have the biggest [boobs] in the UK. I have a condition called Macromastia, which causes my boobs to grow.
“It’s pretty much impossible to buy bras my size in the UK. It would be easier in America, but it’s so hard to do it here.”
The condition presents considerable obstacles that extend far beyond sourcing appropriate undergarments. Macromastia can lead to chronic discomfort in the back, neck and shoulders, ongoing headaches, deep tissue indentation from bra straps and struggles with routine activities.
Discussing whether her breasts will continue to enlarge, Summer disclosed a stark medical truth: “I don’t think they do stop [growing]. I had been thinking about having a reduction and the doctor told me there is no point as they will come back. It wouldn’t stop them growing.”

Summer openly discussed the difficulties associated with her former job. Prior to starting her current career, she had spent considerable time in the restaurant industry, eventually working her way up to a management position.
Although she loved the work, the physical demands left their mark on her body, causing significant discomfort. She was even required to wear a specially prescribed corset during shifts to ease her back pain.
She remembered: “The doctor said if I didn’t wear it, I will probably have a hunched back when I’m older.” However, the physical strain wasn’t her only concern. Unwelcome attention from customers presented another challenge.
Summer explained: “I would get a lot of people coming in to see me to look at my breasts. In the past, I would just put up with it.”
A pivotal moment arrived when a group of men continuously made inappropriate remarks at her workplace. Despite her efforts to discourage them, their conduct reduced her to tears in the kitchen.
This episode became a turning point. “The chef said to make an OnlyFans,” Summer disclosed. “I don’t think he was serious, as he was trying to make me feel better.”

However, this casual suggestion triggered a significant transformation in her life. After signing up to the platform, she made $800 on her first night alone, and her earnings continued to grow from there.
Eventually, she chose to leave her restaurant position behind to concentrate on creating income through online content. Since beginning her OnlyFans journey, Summer has witnessed a significant transformation in both her financial situation and self-confidence.
“Doing OnlyFans made me more confident,” she said. “The people on OnlyFans are so nice. It made me change my perception. I love my boobs now. I hated them for years. I only came to love them after starting up on OnlyFans.”
The flexibility of working from home has been particularly valuable, especially given her continuing anxieties about going out alone. Summer still feels uncomfortable leaving her house by herself, remaining wary of unwanted attention.
She disclosed: “I don’t leave the house unless my friends are with me. There are no catcalls. I just feel so much better.” However, her experience has shown her the importance of embracing what makes her unique, despite ongoing challenges.
Considering what advice she’d give to others in similar situations, Summer shared: “It’s something that makes you different from other people, and there are people somewhere who want to be different. Just take a step back, and celebrate your differences more. I love my boobs now.”
