Florida State men’s hoops vs. Miami: Preview, how to watch, game thread

Following a one-point loss to Wake Forest, Florida State men’s basketball (7-11, 0-5) tries to land a signature win with a victory over Miami (15-3, 4-1) on Tuesday night.
Luke Loucks seemed destined for his first ACC win on Saturday with the Seminoles up nine late in the second half, but turnovers and poor rebounding sunk FSU to their fifth-straight loss in conference play. Tonight’s test will not be any easier on the road against the Hurricanes. First-year head coach Jai Lucas has Miami firmly in the tournament picture and is in the midst of executing an incredible turnaround after Miami finished the 2024-25 season 7-24. The Hurricanes will also be honoring longtime head coach Jim Larrañaga during halftime.
Florida State is a 12.5-point underdog according to ESPN Bet.
Tip-off is set for 7 PM on ESPNU from Coral Gables.
