Meghan Trainor and Daryl Sabara now have a party of five!

The pop star, 32, and the Spy Kids actor, 33, have welcomed their third child together, a daughter, via surrogate.

“Our baby girl Mikey Moon Trainor has finally made it to the world thanks to our incredible, superwoman surrogate,” Trainor posted in a Jan. 20 Instagram. “We are forever grateful to all the doctors, nurses, teams who made this dream possible. We had endless conversations with our doctors in this journey and this was the safest way for us to be able to continue growing our family.”

Trainor added: “We are over the moon in love with this precious girl. Riley and Barry have been so excited, they even got to choose her middle name. We are going to enjoy our family time now, love you all.”

Trainor — whose seventh album, Toy With Me, drops April 24 — and Sabara tied the knot in 2018 and are already parents to two sons, Riley, 4, and Barry, 2.

The Grammy winner has always been open about wanting a large family. In a 2021 cover interview, she told PEOPLE, “I’m ready for three more kids!”

In 2023, when Trainor was pregnant with her younger song Barry, the “All About That Bass” singer — who wrote the parenting book Dear Future Mama — opened up about how motherhood has changed her for the better.

“Each kid’s going to bring a new version of me that I think is going to be badass — so I need four, at least!” she told PEOPLE at the time.

Trainor further discussed expanding her family with Sabara (and her hopes of welcoming a daughter) in a February 2025 PEOPLE feature.

“Where I am right now is far beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of,” she said at the time. “I always wanted a family. Check. Now I need some daughters. But I never thought I could be a pop star because I didn’t believe in myself. Now 19-year-old Meghan putting out ‘All About that Bass’ is stoked; she’s so proud, like, ‘I didn’t know you could do that.’ It took 10 years to become brave, but I’m finally thriving.”

In the same interview, the “Made You Look” singer elaborated on how becoming a mom changed the trajectory of her career.

“When I became a mom, my career had a whole new life,” Trainor, who will kick off her Get In Girl Tour in June, said. “I had a whole reboot, and it’s because my kids made me want to be the best version of me … I’m not peaking. I’ve just begun.”
