COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A second earthquake in seven days near Elgin was reported by the US Geological Survey.
The USGS confirmed that a 2.3 magnitude earthquake happened at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, 4.2 miles east-southeast of Elgin.
No injuries or damages have been reported as of Tuesday afternoon.
