A powerful nor’easter will deliver a dangerous combination of heavy snow, frigid temperatures, strong winds and coastal flooding from the Southeast to New England this weekend.
Across the United States, around 190 million people were under alerts related to frigid temperatures and/or snow early Friday. Of that number, about 33 million people in the southern Appalachians, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast were covered by alerts related to hazardous weather from the incoming storm.
