MATCH REPORT: Curzon Ashton 2-1 Hereford FC

Hereford fell to a 2-1 defeat away to Curzon Ashton.
Lewis Hudson took the lead in the 10th minute, before Ben Darby scored a swift equaliser.
Joel Amado then got the winner just past the hour mark from a corner.
After the loss, the Bulls dropped to 23rd, whilst the Nash climbed up to 12th.
Paul Caddis made one alteration to the side that drew to King’s Lynn with debutant Cormac Daly replacing the injured Lawson D’Ath.
Mark Bradshaw named an unchanged lineup to the one that lost to Leamington, with Jimmy Spencer captaining the side and leading the line.
The game got off to a quiet start with neither goalkeeper being tested in the early stages.
That was until the 10th minute when Harley Hamilton played a great ball in behind, which Hudson latched onto, he then rounded the keeper and placed the ball into the empty net to give the Bulls the lead.
The home side responded brilliantly when they equalised just three minutes later, as Darby fired a powerful strike from outside the area that flew past Theo Richardson.
After that lively period, the game quietened back down, the hosts grew into the game without troubling Richardson too much.
In the 39th minute, Daly crossed the ball towards Andy Williams, but the striker was unable to generate the power needed with his header, which was saved comfortably by Callum Hawkins.
Hereford continued to push for a second a few minutes later, when the ball fell to Justin Donawa on the edge of the box, he connected well with a half volley, but it went narrowly wide.
That was the final action of the first half, which meant it was 1-1 going into the break.
Curzon Ashton started the second 45 well with multiple early efforts, which included a free kick which found the head of Adam Barton, but it went wide.
In the 54th minute, the Nash came close when the ball fell to Jordan Richards on the edge of the area, but his effort clipped the crossbar and went out.
The home side got their reward for their domination in the 62nd minute when a corner was taken quickly, the ball found its way to the back post, where Amado was there to score.
Richards came close again in the 69th minute when he was picked out on the edge of the box from a corner, but this time his effort went narrowly wide.
In the 72nd minute, Daly came close to equalising when he drove into the box from the left wing, he then drilled the ball low towards the far corner, but it was deflected wide.
The ball fell to substitute Charlie Pavey seven minutes later, he tried his luck from range, but his attempt went narrowly over.
Aaron Skinner came close to equalising late into stoppage time when he struck a fantastic volley, which was matched by an equally brilliant save from Hawkins.
Hereford continued to push for an equaliser when the ball fell to Adam Rooney inside the box, but he put his effort narrowly wide, which meant it finished 2-1.
