Undefeated featherweight contenders will collide in March’s UFC Fight Night 270 main event.
After missing out on a chance to fight for the featherweight title, Movsar Evloev and Lerone Murphy will meet in a likely championship eliminator on March 28 at The O2 in London (Paramount+).

UFC officials announced the fight between Evloev (19-0 MMA, 9-0 UFC) and Murphy (17-0-1 MMA, 9-0-1 UFC) via Instagram Monday, as well as additional bouts for the main card.
Evloev, No. 2 in the latest USA TODAY Sports/MMA Junkie featherweight rankings, has been a largely dominant force during his unblemished career. The 31-year-old has yet to finish a fight under the UFC banner, however, and hasn’t competed since a unanimous decision over Aljamain Sterling at UFC 310 in December 2024.
No. 3-ranked Murphy, meanwhile, will attempt to continue his momentum on home soil. The 34-year-old is coming off a Knockout of the Year contender spinning back elbow win over Aaron Pico at UFC 319 in August.
