Winter Olympics 2026: Valentino Guseli reveals he is “scared of heights” ahead of men’s big air final

Guseli was speaking while taking a lift to the top of jump for a feature with presenter Danika Mason.

“It’s super dodge,” he added. “The bad part is when we get to the top and we have to open it and we step over the little gap, when you see how high we are. I am tripping a little bit!”

Guseli took the 12th of 12 spots for Saturday’s final after nailing his third and final run in Thursday’s qualifying with a score of 91.50 – the joint-second best of the evening.

“The last run that I had was probably one of the most amazing moments of my life,” he said after qualifying.
