4. Many royals have stayed at Wood Farm
Many royals have stayed at Wood Farm over the years. With Christmas Day events held at Sandringham House, it is believed Wood Farm has often been used to host Christmas guests, including Princess Catherine and Diana, Princess of Wales, who reportedly stayed there. The property also has historic royal links as it was where King George V and Queen Mary’s youngest son, Prince John, stayed when he was unwell with epilepsy. He died at the property aged 13 in 1919.
