Super Bowl 60 MVP live updates: Who won the award this year?

Seattle Seahawks defeat New England Patriots, win Super Bowl LX

Seattle’s defense was dominant against New England’s offense in Super Bowl 60. Tyler Dragon explains how they won their second Lombardi trophy.

Super Bowl 60 is in the history books. Who was the biggest game-changer on the biggest stage to earn Super Bowl MVP?

The Seahawks entered the game as favorites, and when it comes to picking the Super Bowl MVP, the most likely outcome had been the quarterback from the winning team. A quarterback has been named Super Bowl MVP in 34 of 59 previous matchups, but 2025 was a season of mystery and that carried all the way to the end of the final game.

After Seattle’s 29-13 victory, Seahawks starting running back Kenneth Walker III was named Super Bowl MVP. He finished with 135 rushing yards on 27 carries, adding 26 receiving yards on two catches to become the first running back to win Super Bowl MVP since Terrell Davis of the Denver Broncos did in Super Bowl 32.

USA TODAY Sports provided the latest updates on the Super Bowl 60 MVP below, with highlights, stats, analysis and more. All times are Eastern.
