12 celebrity fans of the Seattle Seahawks ahead of Super Bowl LX

The Seattle Seahawks may not be one of the most prominent NFL franchises, but they still have a solid coterie of notable celebrity fans. With the Seahawks on the national stage for Super Bowl LX vs the New England Patriots, all eyes are on Seattle, and we’ll likely see more than a few of them in Santa Clara later today. With that being said, let us take a look at who the most famous Seahawks fans are.

Chris Pratt – Actor

We’ll start with arguably the most notable 12th Man, actor Chris Pratt. The Marvel megastar is a born and raised Seattle native, and will actually introduce the team before Super Bowl LX.

Rainn Wilson – Actor/Comedian

Known best for his role on The Office, Wilson is another Seattle native and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Washington. Wilson is often connected with the Seahawks, and most recently delivered a welcome message to Sam Darnold when he signed with the team.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan – Actor

One of the most intense and fearsome actors in Hollywood, Jeffrey Dean Morgan is as loud as any 12 on his Twitter account. JDM will even appear on talk shows to discuss his favorite team.

Ann Wilson – Rock Star

Lead singer for one of the greatest classic rock bands of all time, Heart, Ann Wilson is as true a Seahawks fan as they get. Heart was a pioneer in rock, and one of the first female-fronted bands of all time.

Adam Ray – Comedian

One of the country’s top rising comedians, Adam Ray is a diehard Seattle fan. He has developed a strong friendship with Mariners catcher Cal Raleigh, and can often be seen sporting Seahawks merch during his standup sets.

Joel McHale – Actor

Although Joel McHale is one of the more notable celebrity fans, the 12’s don’t want to see him anywhere near the Super Bowl. McHale attended three games this year, and all three were the only losses Seattle suffered this season. McHale says he wants to stay “far away” from the team right now, and while we love him, I think we can all agree.

Macklemore – Singer/Rapper

Macklemore is another Seattle native, and can often be seen at both Seahawks and Mariners games.

Mike McCready – Pearl Jam guitarist

Like we mentioned with Heart, Seattle has a rich music history. And of course, Pearl Jam is part of that legacy!

Will Ferrell – Actor/Comedian

One of the most iconic funny-men of the 2000’s, Will Ferrell was a known Seahawks fan mainly due to his friendship with former USC legend Pete Carroll. Still, it’s given us plenty of iconic moments, such as his “gameplan” against the 49ers from a few years ago.

Bill Nye the Science Guy – Educational Entertainer

It was only fitting everyone’s favorite 90’s TV star was the one to raise the 12th Man Flag when the Seahawks re-debuted their 90’s throwback jerseys.

Ariana Grande – Singer

Ariana Grande famously opened the 2014 season at Lumen Field (then-CenturyLink) with a rendition of the National Anthem.

Dave Matthews – Singer

Dave Matthews raised the 12th Man flag on top of the Space Needle when the Seahawks were last in the Super Bowl against the Patriots.
