Canada’s Megan Oldham captured a bronze medal in the women’s freeski slopestyle event at the Milano-Cortina Olympic Games on Monday.

It’s the first Olympic medal win for the 24-year-old freestyle skier from Parry Sound, Ont.

Switzerland’s Mathilde Gremaud won gold to repeat as Olympic champion, while China’s Eileen Gu took the silver medal.

Oldham is the second Canadian to win a medal at Milano Cortina. Speed skater Valérie Maltais won bronze in the women’s 3,000 metres on Saturday.
