Anthropic Boosts India AI Push Via Flag Airline, Cognizant Pacts

Anthropic PBC is embedding its marquee AI coding agent within prominent Indian firms including its flag carrier and an outsourcing giant, aiming to quicken artificial intelligence adoption across the world’s most populous nation.

Air India Ltd. is using Claude Code to create custom software, while Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. is deploying the agent to 350,000 employees globally to modernize legacy systems, Anthropic said in a statement on Monday.
