While winter weather has been a bit unpredictable this season, many Oregon students and families are looking forward to one of the most anticipated breaks of the school year.
Spring break offers a welcome pause to Oregon school districts, giving students time to recharge while families plan trips, outdoor activities or time at home together. The break typically occurs in late March in Oregon, but it can vary slightly depending on the year and school.

When does spring break 2026 start for Woodburn School District?
Spring break for the Woodburn School District will be Monday, March 23, through Friday, March 27.
There will also be no school Friday, March 20.
When does spring break 2026 start for Silver Falls School District?
Spring break for the Silver Falls School District will be Monday, March 23, through Friday, March 27.
When does spring break 2026 start for the North Santiam School District?
